Submission
Authors must submit their full papers electronically in Word format through Online Submission System or email no later than 23:59:59 (GMT+8) on April 30, 2024. Before submitting the final version, authors are expected to revise their paper taking into account the feedback from reviewers. 4-6 pages in the standard IEEE Conference Paper Format based on Microsoft Word template are allowed for each paper. A maximum of 6 additional pages are permitted at an extra charge of 50USD/page payable at the time of registration.
Papers submitted to ICPICS 2024 must not have been published elsewhere and must not be under review or submitted for review elsewhere whilst under consideration for ICPICS 2024.
Step-By-Step Guidelines to Submit Your Full Paper/ Manuscript
Step 1: Prepare your manuscript using the available Microsoft Word templates and following the format instructions. Make sure to have the latest templates and do not change the formatting in any way.
Step 2: Check that the names of all authors and their order are identical in the EditorOne submission system. Please write author names with only the first letter capitalized, that is, use "Firstname Lastname" in all instances and do not use "FIRSTNAME LASTNAME" anywhere. Or directly email the final paper to icpics@126.com.
Step 3: After submission, you will receive a confirmation letter to inform you that your submission is successful.
