Author registration payment must be made by June 21, 2024; otherwise your paper will not be included in the proceedings.

Authors who make their payment by May 1, 2024 will benefit from the Early Bird Registration rate.

Materials Required
A. Final Paper

After consideration of reviewers' comments;

In the format of Word Template;

Write in English, including all the tables, figures, diagrams, references, etc.
B. Copyright Form

A signed copyright form in PDF version.
C. Registration Form

A completely filled up registration form in PDF version.
D. Payment Receipt

A payment receipt you get when make your payment, in PDF version.

Make sure your payment has covered all your registration fees, including publication fee for extra pages if needed.

ICPICS Organizing Committee will not accept any bank charges for bank transfer.
E. A copy of Student ID Card

If the first author is a student, it can be registered as a student author and enjoys student rate.

A copy of Student ID Card is compulsory when registered as a student author.
